Packages
There are two main Packages available along with some Instant/Express packages. Platinum sessions are an 45 minutes long. Sessions are typically a couple of weeks apart so as to allow you to carry out the actions on your Goals. This is flexible and each Coachee’s needs are catered for individually.
There are also one off sessions available as listed below. The prices listed here are for Personal Coaching

If you are on a longer term goal and need more support I have a 6 month and 12 month plan. They come with monthly coaching sessions, with weekly follow-ups and access to me via phone and email throughout the whole time.
Business Coaching Pricing
- Pricing for Business Coaching is customized and will be tailored to individual needs, discussed during the Introductory call.
- The duration of the coaching engagement is set at a minimum of 6 months, ensuring a comprehensive and sustained effort towards achieving your goals.

Availability
I have the following availability during the week:
